30 Day Challenge

I am in a 30-day challenge as part of a training community I’ve been a member of for 3.5 years. Challenges are GREAT as they get us outside our comfort zones, as we all know the magic happens outside the comfort zones, we hurt, we get scared, we are fearful and when we face all those uncomfortable things we GROW and we become a newer, different version of ourselves and as we complete each challenge we see we can keep growing and learning and becoming newer and newer versions of ourselves, each time competing with ourselves…

YOU UP FOR A CHALLENGE?

This is mine for the whole of MARCH 2018:

BODY : Juicing 3 to 4 times a day and any solid food only veg and fruit for 30 days, Lots of WATER, Walk 20K steps a day, Start Yoga class, Press ups – start at 10 and add 1 a day

MIND : Share what I have learnt about mindfulness – LEARN – DO – TEACH via Coaching – target 50 new clients

SPIRIT : Continue with my daily Meditation and prepare for Ayahuasca at the start of April.

WHY I AM ALL IN.
TO LIVE A LIFE I LOVE.

HOW I AM GOING TO CELEBRATE.
Long Weekend at the Coast with Emma (wife).
